These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and indo6d ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling services available at https://indo6d.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

By accessing the indo6d platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, accepting any promotional offer, or placing any wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the indo6d platform.

indo6d operates under an international gaming licence from a recognised offshore regulatory authority. These Terms are designed to reflect the obligations imposed by that licensing framework and to protect the rights and interests of all registered members. The Platform is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment use by eligible adults.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an active account on indo6d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions apply.
• You are a natural person (human individual) and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the indo6d platform or any affiliated platform under the same operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of indo6d or any associated business entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction, and you take sole responsibility for compliance with local laws.

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the indo6d platform. Registering multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Indo6d conducts KYC verification as part of its licensing obligations. KYC is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at indo6d's reasonable discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or valid national identity document.
• Proof of address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (issued within 3 months).
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement showing your name, Touch 'n Go eWallet account name, or crypto wallet address).

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being raised will result in the withdrawal being declined. indo6d will not be liable for any costs or losses arising from a Player's failure to provide required documentation.

indo6d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment channels including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Internet Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, and Litecoin). Supported payment methods are subject to change at indo6d's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) for all payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• indo6d does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the MYR-equivalent rate confirmed at the time of the transaction being registered on-chain. Exchange rate fluctuations prior to confirmation are borne by the Player.
• Deposits made in error (including amounts in excess of intended) should be reported to customer support immediately. indo6d will use reasonable efforts to reverse unplayed excess deposits but cannot guarantee reversal in all cases.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds have been met. indo6d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 45 minutes for fully verified accounts via DuitNow, FPX, and Touch 'n Go eWallet during standard operational hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Where this is not possible, alternative methods will be discussed with the Player via customer support.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address on record for your account. Withdrawal to a different wallet address requires identity re-verification.
• indo6d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may extend processing times beyond the standard target.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if indo6d has reasonable grounds to suspect Prohibited Activity, fraudulent conduct, or a breach of these Terms.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Player's account dashboard. VIP tier members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits.

indo6d offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and to these general bonus conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Wallet and are separate from your real-money Balance until wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not converted within the time limit will be forfeited without compensation.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds must meet the minimum odds or stake requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers below minimum odds do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use. indo6d reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or claw back bonus funds where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal market exposure.
• A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms.
• indo6d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

Referral Programme: Players who refer a new member to indo6d will receive MYR 38 per successful referral, defined as a referred member who registers, completes KYC, and makes a minimum first deposit of RM50 within 7 days of registration. Referral bonuses are credited after the referred member's first qualifying bet is settled. No limit applies to the number of valid referrals a Player may make.

All wagers placed on the indo6d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category. General betting rules that apply across all products are set out below:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where a specific product permits in-play cash-out functionality.
• Indo6d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market affected by an obvious pricing error, data feed error, or manifest mistake. In such cases the stake will be refunded to the Player's Balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game round or transaction, indo6d's game logs will serve as the primary record of bets placed and outcomes. Where logs are inconclusive, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Indo6d reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings that may be paid out on any single bet, combination, or series of bets. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant product section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the indo6d platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds (real-money and bonus), and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to register or receive a promotion.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account on the indo6d platform, whether in your own name or in the name of another person at your direction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games where player decisions interact.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or patterns that demonstrate the intent to extract bonus value without genuine game participation.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents platform restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. Indo6d complies with its international licensing anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a payment with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to place wagers on the platform.
• Security Interference: Attempting to interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or game servers.

Indo6d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful if not managed carefully and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before being increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them of how long they have been active in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary exclusion period (1 week to 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during extended play sessions remind players of their session duration and current net win/loss position.

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Use any indo6d trademark, logo, or brand identifier for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software or application;
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated or manual means for commercial use.

Any unauthorised use of indo6d's intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, indo6d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity disruptions, or force majeure events beyond indo6d's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable precautions to protect your credentials;
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits indo6d's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indo6d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• A Prohibited Activity has been identified or is under investigation;
• A Player has failed to complete required KYC documentation within the specified period;
• Continued operation of an account poses a risk under applicable anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations;
• A Player has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to re-register during the exclusion period.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than a confirmed breach by the Player, any verified real-money Balance at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are not returned upon termination.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon verified closure, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which indo6d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through indo6d's standard customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact indo6d's customer support team to resolve matters informally. Indo6d commits to responding to formal complaints in writing within 10 business days.

Indo6d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted on the Platform or via email to the registered address on record, no fewer than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required urgently due to regulatory, legal, or security considerations.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may request account closure prior to the effective date and your Balance will be processed for withdrawal under the prevailing Terms.
